[Utilisation]

• You can use /scream to shout all players on the server
• Random system so that each player can get scared at a random time

[Installation]

• Drag and drop the file in your resource folder
• Checkout the Config
• Copy paste the ogg file inside the interact-sound (/client/html/sounds/)
• Add it to your server.( ensure PL-Screamer )
